New Xcom Game?

Okay I recently found out that 2K games is going to be bringing back the Xcom series, the new game is going to be almost totally new but 2K games is going to keep some of the original concepts such as Elerium. Heres the trailer:

Wow, that looks pretty cool, never played the series myself, but this looks better than all the generic crap we keep seeing.

The generic shooters? MW2, Mag, BC2, etc. Same war crap I'm sick and tired of seeing.
